 Phillip Garrido, on parole after a serious sex conviction and a registered sex offender, is accused of kidnapping Jaycee Lee Dugard in 1991. Dugard was snatched from a school bus stop within sight of her home in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Phillip and Nancy Garrido are charged with 29 felonies relating to the kidnap and rape of Jaycee Lee Dugard.

El Dorado County Jail in Placerville, CA  houses Phillip Garrido pending his trial. Garrido is constantly up to date with the progress of his case in the media because he can view television and periodicals in Jail.

We Now Come To The ‘Latest’ In The Phillip Garrido Case.

In an incredulous letter to Sacramento Television Station KCRA, Garrido complains that Jaycee Lee Dugard’s civil rights are being abused. These included her Rights of Free Speech and being repeatedly denied access to an attorney during questioning. Phillip Garrido asked that they contact Dugard at the earliest possible date.

It appears Phillip Garrido can talk about his case with the media via face to face interviews, telephone calls and by letter. Putting his opinions on paper and posting them to KCRA. His thoughts and ideas will soon be in the public eye and he knows this.

The Dugard family are bound to see the letter or hear about the letter and the nature of its contents.

We’ve badly let down Jaycee Lee Dugard and her family over the last 18 years and we are still letting them down by not shielding them from this evil.

Having my dad just purchase the Sat Nav I can now give the full detailed verdict on the product. He was lucky enough to actually get this for free as his company paid for it but there have been several issues that we have had to take on with it so far.

The product is a brilliant idea for anyone who is bored of getting out a map at every corner or perhaps on the verge of a divorce because the wife is still giving out the wrong directions. There are a couple of times that the Sat Nav took us in the wrong direction and then decided that it was out fault so told us to turn around post haste. There was one time where the stupid thing even tried to lead us into a road that didnt exist.

Another bad yet amusing issue is that he insists on using it for everything, even the easiest of trips now take longer while we wait for he crazy Sat Nav woman to tell us the way. I

In another country the Sat Nav can be really useful. When you are going abroad it can be very nice to here a nice English speaking lady telling you the road you are on and the way that you need to travel on.

I-Phone makes it big

The phone itself seems to be selling more by the hour but how is this happening? The thing is, the phone has taken years to develop which is why it sells so well, it has years of technology pushed inside it.

The iPhone is a phone and I-pod all mixed in together and that is really only the beginning, It also has internet access, Facebook, E-mail, and the now famous App store. The App store has made Apple millions as more and more “apps” are released every single day.

{Recently 02’s exclusive two year contract with Apple has run out and Vodaphone as well as Orange have both stepped in to snap up deals with them}. Both of these major companies are to start selling the phone next year. However are people going to buy the phone simply because another provider is set to sell the phone, it would seem that would be quite unlikely? People have a favourite provider that is certain so perhaps a few extra sales will be on the way in the New Year.

An important thing when to remember when thinking about getting the iPhone is the costs. The cost of the phone itself isn’t cheap and can be even worse if it breaks and you do not have something like Gadget Insurance. The problem with insurance is that it costs a lot of money and just sits there until you need it and even then you may never use it. Everyone drops the phone at one stage and it could be that you drop yours on concrete and it smashes. Personally I have dropped mine about five times and it has managed to survive so it is possible not to have insurance although I would reccomend it.

Of course there are insurance policies available for a number of things from laptop insurance as well as the obvious iPhone insurance. Insurance in the long run could benefit you as gadgets are very expensive to actually replace.
