Okay, first off, I’d have to clear to way and level the playing field, otherwise I might get taken out by your critics for publishing this here. I first heard about Meg and Dia from a friend of mine who normally hooks me up with interesting new music to listen to. Now my top bands at the moment include Incubus, Billy Talent, Brand New, Alkaline Trio and Rise Against and my music-giving friend has an even more alternative taste. So when he suggested I give Meg and Dia a listen, I thought okay maybe it’s just something indie (whatever that is anyway these days) with a little softer side since it has chick vocals.
My conclusion to his promotion of M&D and my initial thoughts is that M&D pleasantly suprised me and I listen to it every now and again when my girlfriend is around – that softer side thing again.
Meg (21) and Dia (19) Frampton are two sisters and they’re the founders of the band. They started out with just an acoustic guitar, but has since grown into a full 4-piece band (that is what success does to you). Their music can be described as guitar-driven with poppy, but slightly unique, chick vocals. So yes, they are poppy, but I can be a man and face up to listening to them sometimes.
The interesting thing about M&D however is the fact that they appeal to the more alternative crowd and I don’t if that’s just because they are the prettiest girls in the alternative scene or whether the alternative peeps just enjoy their music. M&D are signed to a major label, but they tour with smaller, but more well-known punk bands, which means that maybe the next time you get to see your favourite band, M&D will be there too.

We know we featured the lovely Sophia Bush the other day along with the One Tree Hill crew, but we decided that we hadn’t had enough of this beautiful girl yet… This time we got some great (and fun) photos of her, which she did for Entertainment Weekly recently.
This 24-year-old actress is really on the top in Hollywood at the moment and although we don’t think she’ll be the most classic Hollywood beauty of the century, we still thinks she’s a pretty good actress and she’s got the looks to boot! Except from her role as Brooke Davis, in One Tree Hill, she’s only had a few notable appearances in movies until now. She was however seen in John Tucker must die and Stay Alive, this year, which again, won’t be the two best movies of 2006, but at least it’s not as bad as Poseidon…

And that’s why leading men’s magazine, Maxim, have decided to cash in on the girls from OTH.
As big fans of the TV series, there is just no way that we can pass up the opportunity to talk about the uber-sexy, young little vixens on the OTH set. You don’t even have to follow or like the story to be ever-so-slightly intrigued by these pretty ladies.
Sophia Bush (yes that is the pretty one in the middle on the cover), has just started making a name for herself in Hollywood and we’re sure that she’ll make it far with those cute, girly looks and awesome curves… We wouldn’t mind playing her on / off boyfriend in the story either, because he has gotten “lucky” with her in the past!

Introducing a girl that you’ve probably seen a lot of lately. Kristin Cavallari was a star in the recent seasons of the reality show, Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, which captured the lives of several young people in the area.
Kristin’s beauty is very natural and although the photos down below aren’t supersexy, it’s only a matter of time before Maxim, FHM & GQ do feature shoots with this foxy lady.
Apparently she doesn’t like Nicole Richie much either, after Richie stole her boyfriend. Another thing we agree with Kristin on…

Latching onto the reports that Scarlett Johansson’s sex scene with Josh Hartnett, in the upcoming movie The Black Dahlia, distracted film critics, we thought we’d celebrate this lush actress with some photos. Scarlett says, “Of course it’s nice to be considered sexy, as a young woman in my prime. But I try not to think about the sexiness. And I never think about it being distracting from a scene.”
You’ve gotta love the Scarlett and you must agree that she is one of the most beautiful ladies in the world right now.

In keeping with our rich sporting girls tradition, we’ll be dedicating a few posts to thge girlfriends and wives of the world’s richest and best footballing stars (that’s soccer players to all you Americans).
First up we have Ilary Blasi, the wife (since 2005) of the World Cup-winning Italian attacker Francesco Totti.
We don’t know much about this 25 year old vixen, except that there’s quite a bit of nude pics of her available online. Plying her trade as a model these days, she started out as an actress and presenter in various smalltime Italian productions. In the end, we don’t really care what she’s doing as long as she keeps that amazing body in shape.
Apparently not all models are stupid and computer-illiterate (jokes)…Here’s uber-models, Alessandra Ambrosio & Gisele Bundchen, backstage at a Victoria Secret’s event, just toying away on our favourite Apple iBooks.
We can thus conclude that owning either a supermodel or any Apple product is indeed stylish and will make you part of The Cool Crowd.
We found JG4B, a very neat swimwear range created by Jasper Goodall and Louise Middleton, online. The range consists of various bikini and swimsuit designs, but what is most fascinating about the designs (and no that excludes the model wearing them) are the very wack patterns and colours the designers use.
The designs will probably get a girl noticed on the beach, since it’s done away with the traditional one / two colour, stripe, “surf-art” designs. This is really cool and we suggest that all females start wearing JG4B Swimwear.
Whilst looking at the different designs, try appreciating the designs and colours and don’t ogle the model too much…Although we must admit – the pictures of the model are pretty much part of the inspiration for this post…For some of the photos they got the model into some pretty awesome, utterly sexy, but sometimes weird poses and positions. We still love it though.
